Wir holen Sie in einem kostenlosen Kick-off-Webinar (1/2 Tag) dort ab, wo Sie heute stehen, damit Sie nach einer individuellen Standortbestimmung Ihre Führungsreise selbstbewusst gestalten können.

Anschliessend steht das eigene Tun im Zentrum: Intensive, handlungsorientierte Trainingsblöcke in den zwei Bereichen «Leadership 4.0» (3x 1 Kurstag) und «Management 4.0» (2x 1 Kurstag); mit einer Vielfalt an Denkan-stössen, Instrumenten und Methoden. Dazwischen «Learning in Action» zur praxisorientierten Anwendung des Neuen.

After completing a commercial apprenticeship in the E-profile, a commercial secondary school or an apprenticeship in the retail or book trade, the BM 2 type economy is an attractive alternative to the high school Matura. You go to school full-time or part-time. The BM certificate grants you an exam-free transfer to universities of applied sciences such as the Bern University of Applied Sciences (Business Administration). It also gives you access to the passerelle.
